Karma is real, and a person's past deeds can follow them into the present. Soo-yeon, a teenager, was brought up by an abusive father. Her father was imprisoned for murder one day and given the death penalty. She was bullied at school as a result of her father. When her father's innocence was eventually established, he had already received a sentence of death.

Poor Lee Soo-yeon is frequently placed in undesirable circumstances. Her adolescent years started off well, but following the passing of her father, things changed drastically. She endured bullying throughout school and gained undeserved fame. When she first saw Jung-woo, a little kid, she felt comfort. She was let down by the lad after falling in love with him. When she was taken hostage, the boy left her behind. She despised him for abandoning her. She still harbours animosity for Jung-woo despite having grown up and achieved success. Your actions and decisions for the rest of your life may be impacted by the loss of your first love. Han Jung Woo (Park Yoo Chun) is a homicide investigator who hunts down killers and imprisons them. He fell in love with a girl in high school whose father had committed murder. Other children would taunt and bully her, but Jung Woo would always defend her and work to keep her safe.

However, a mishap separates the two loves, forcing each to move on with his or her life. However, Jung Woo has never stopped loving his first love. That girl, Lee Su Yeon (Yoon Eun Hye), is now a fashion designer and has been attempting to move on with her life for fourteen years. Kang Hyun Jun, a financial advisor, is her boyfriend (Yoo Seung Ho), who is devoted to her and would sacrifice anything for her. But when Su Yeon and Jung Woo accidentally cross paths again as adults and their former affections for one another come to the surface, his jealousy manifests. The artist Kim Eun Joo (Jang Mi In Ae) is likewise jealous of Su Yeon's power over Jung Woo. Will Jung Woo experience the double loss of his first love, or does fate have other ideas? Lee Jae Dong is the director of the South Korean drama series "I Miss You."

Soo-yeon made friends with Han Jung-woo, a boy who stood up for her against bullies. They grew close and started to love one another. Jung-woo, the son of a mobster and the heir of a wealthy family, was abducted one day. Soo-yeon was unfortunately taken hostage as well. Although Jung-father woo's managed to save his son, he was unable to save Soo-yeon. Soo-yeon was angry with Jungwoo for leaving her feeling abandoned. Soo-yeon, a teenager, was brought up by an abusive father. Her father was imprisoned for murder one day and given the death penalty. She was bullied at school as a result of her father. When her father's innocence was eventually established, he had already received a sentence of death. Yoon Eun-hye was a prominent Korean actress in romantic-comedy dramas during the height of her career, and Park Yoo-chun was a member of the well-known idol groups TVXQ and JYJ.
